Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager – you will support the execution of visual creatives, with a strong focus on presentation design and layout. This role is suited for a hands-on designer who can efficiently translate approved concepts and briefs into polished, brand-consistent outputs, especially PowerPoint presentations and Product Notes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate approved concepts and briefs into clean, structured visual layouts across PPTs, digital banners, and social creatives.
• Adapt existing templates, layouts, and brand guidelines across multiple formats and campaigns.
• Support the creation of digital creatives such as social media posts, banners, and static assets.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics and AI-enabled design tools to enhance creative outputs.
• Design and execute high‑quality presentations.
• Ensure all outputs are brand‑consistent, accurate, and deadline‑driven.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple execution tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience in a design role (agency or in‑house).
• Strong hands-on expertise in PowerPoint, with an excellent understanding of visual storytelling, information hierarchy, and presentation design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for creative execution, artwork adaptation, and production-ready outputs.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics and AI-powered creative tools to enhance design quality and execution efficiency.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual consistency.
• Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines while delivering high-quality, error-free outputs within tight timelines.
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles, with proficiency in tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, will be an added advantage.
