Role Overview
We're hiring Assistant Managers (0–2 years / freshers) from IITs, BITS, and top-tier colleges for our e-commerce team.
This role sits at the intersection of business + data. Depending on your strengths, you'll work across:
- Key Account Management (KAM) — driving revenue, pricing, and growth
- Data Science / Analytics — solving for scale using data, dashboards, and models
You won't just execute — you'll own and build parts of the business.
What You'll Do
KAM Track
- Manage and scale marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Drive growth via pricing, promotions, and visibility
- Own category performance, margins, and P&L levers
- Execute campaigns and new product launches
Data / Analytics Track
- Build and analyze business dashboards (sales, margins, cohorts)
- Identify growth levers using data and drive decisions
- Work on forecasting, pricing, and performance optimization
- Partner with business teams to solve high-impact problems
Who We're Looking For
- 0–2 years experience / freshers from IITs, BITS, or top-tier colleges
- Strong analytical thinking + comfort with Excel/data
- High ownership and bias for execution
- Interest in e-commerce, startups, and consumer brands
- Ability to move fast, solve problems, and figure things out
