Assistant Manager- Java full stack developer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced FullStack Java Developer (Angular) to join our product engineering team in Mumbai. The role focuses on building fast, responsive, and maintainable web applications that serve thousands of users. You will work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver highquality features from concept to production.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components using Angular (v10+) and TypeScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, semantic HTML5 and SCSS/SASSbased layouts (flexbox, grid).
• Consume RESTful services, integrate thirdparty APIs, and handle clientside data flow (RxJS, Angular Router, NgRx or equivalent).
• Write and maintain unit and endtoend tests (Jasmine/Karma, Cypress, or Jest) to ensure code quality and regression safety.
• Optimize application performance across browsers/devices and resolve defects.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and enforce bestpractice standards.
• Work with Gitbased version control and continuousintegration pipelines to deliver code reliably.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• 7+ years of handson development of productiongrade web applications with Angular.

• Strong command of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (flexbox, grid, preprocessors).

• Proficient with RxJS, Angular Router, and a statemanagement solution (NgRx or similar).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and clientside integration.

• Experience writing unit and endtoend tests (Jasmine/Karma, Cypress, Jest, or comparable).

• Daily use of Git and familiarity with CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of additional frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Angular Material, PrimeNG).
• Prior work on fullstack Java backends (Spring Boot, Hibernate) – even though the primary focus is frontend, familiarity adds value.
