- Support the IT Manager in overseeing and strengthening the organization's IT systems, infrastructure, and digital operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning, security, and scalability of IT services while aligning technology solutions with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy and Operations
- Assist in developing and implementing the organization's IT strategy and objectives.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
IT Security and Compliance
- Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor data backup, disaster recovery, and security protocols.
- Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments and address identified vulnerabilities.
Project and Vendor Management
- Manage and coordinate IT projects including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for procurement and implementation of IT solutions.
- Track project progress and prepare status updates for senior management.
Team Management and Capacity Building
- Lead and guide the IT team through task allocation, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Promote continuous learning by staying updated on emerging technologies and tools.
Stakeholder Support and Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments to understand technology requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Support IT budget planning, cost estimation, and expense monitoring.
- Prepare and present reports on IT performance, systems, and ongoing initiatives.
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT domain.
- Proven experience in system administration, network management, and IT project management.
- Experience with server administration, virtualization, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
Technical and Other Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, software, and security principles.
- Familiarity with Android-based applications, web applications, database administration, and stored procedures.
- Working knowledge of Power BI tools.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across states where THF operates.
- Relevant IT or project management certifications will be an added advantage.
