Job Description

Support and coordinate installation, configuration, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure
Manage end-user support teams across regions to ensure business continuity
Oversee hardware and software deployment both in-house and at remote sites
Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures during system implementations
Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve Level 3 issues
Handle break-fix incidents related to networks, servers, and end-user systems
Ensure proper installation and configuration of LAN/WAN circuits and network appliances
Facilitate project goals related to global/local IT initiatives, including M&A support
Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory access and permissions
Support and document site reviews, data acquisition, and network recovery
Provide support for business applications, mobile devices, and networking technologies
Lead imaging, OS installation, and hardware/software configurations for end-users and servers
