Job Description

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Lead IT operations projects, including upgrades, deployments, and improvements, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Provide exceptional technical support to employees, resolving issues in a timely manner.
