KEY PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE:

Assistant Manager responsible for leading IT analysts, supporting solution architecture, and ensuring business systems align with organizational goals. The role will drive system enhancements, optimize integrations and business processes across product development and supply chain, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective technology solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead design reviews, ensure architectural consistency across platforms
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate strategic planning sessions, manage escalations
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise Team of analysts, conduct performance reviews, foster skill development
• Project Oversight: Own delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies in regard to system access, data security and change control.
• Integration Management: Oversee Integration of ERP, PLM and other supply chain systems
• Training & Enablement: Develop training programs, lead workshops for internal teams

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

• Experience in global or regional operations, ideally in supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, preferably within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry
• Background in IT Software Development experience
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP or PLM System (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Centric PLM, Flex PLM)
• Proven hands-on experience leveraging Smartsheet (including automation workflows, Control Center, configuration, reports, dynamic dashboards)
• PMP, ITIL, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications highly preferred
• Data, Analytics and Change Management

Skills Required to Perform This Role

• Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy
• Proven experience in team development and stakeholder management
• Executive-level reporting and presentation skills
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms beyond Smartsheet (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, Tableau)
• Ability to create training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

• Strong English proficiency with clear and effective written and verbal communication.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline required.
