Job Title: Assistant Manager – Inventory (F&V Industry)

Location: Delhi

Industry: Agriculture / Fresh Produce / HORECA Supply

Experience: 5+ Years (Mandatory in F&V Procurement)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Upto 55k (depend on interview performance & experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Inventory (F&V Industry) to join our growing team in the fresh fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, micro-greens segment and fertilizers. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of seasonal availability, sourcing best practices, and proven experience in managing vendor networks and procurement teams in the agriculture or F&V industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Monitor and manage daily inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

2.    Conduct regular stock audits and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems.

3.    Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely stock replenishment.

4.    Maintain proper storage conditions to minimize spoilage and wastage.

5.    Analyze inventory trends and prepare periodic reports for management review.

6.    Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and hygiene standards.

Key Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

·      4–6 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the F&V or food manufacturing industry.

·      Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software.

·      Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles and cold storage practices.

Preferred Skills:

·      Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

·      Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

·      Ability to manage time-sensitive inventory operations.

·      Problem-solving mindset with a focus on reducing wastage and losses.
