About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – International Reservations & Operations to manage end-to-end reservation processes, vendor coordination, and operational execution for international travel packages. The ideal candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, supplier management skills, and the ability to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international reservations, bookings, and itinerary confirmations across multiple destinations.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.
- Handle sales files and booking documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Monitor booking status, travel arrangements, and operational deliverables to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve operational issues, escalations, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, vendor agreements, and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, contracts, invoices, supplier communications, and operational reports.
- Track supplier performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in International Reservations, Travel Operations, or Vendor Management.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and reservation processes.
- Experience in handling DMCs, hotel contracting, airline bookings, and supplier negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and operational requirements simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and travel-related tools/systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.
