Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an Assistant Manager in International Business Development. The Assistant Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, and support the formulation of market entry strategies. Additionally, they will manage sales operations, negotiate contracts, oversee exports, and analyze market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and aligned with client demands.

Qualifications

• Strong international business development skills, including identifying new markets and cultivating client relationships
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and contract management in export-focused roles
• Knowledge of market analysis and understanding of global trade regulations
• Proficiency in communication, including presentation, client engagement, and relationship management
• Analytical skills to review market trends, set pricing strategies, and evaluate business performance
• Ability to work onsite and effectively collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or familiarity with international products is preferred
