Role Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and enhance our Internal Communications and Editorial strategies. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Communications Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design communication plans for major company announcements, events, and initiatives.
- Act as a key liaison between leadership and employees to ensure consistent messaging.
2. Content Creation & Editorial Management:
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, internal blogs, and other communication platforms.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop storytelling strategies to enhance employee engagement and brand advocacy.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote company culture, values, and employee recognition programs.
- Support internal campaigns to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
4. Media & Channel Management:
- Manage internal communication channels like intranet, emails, digital signage, and internal social platforms.
- Optimize communication tools for maximum reach and effectiveness.
5. Event & Campaign Support:
- Coordinate internal events, town halls, webinars, and leadership meetings.
- Create promotional content and materials to support corporate events and initiatives.
6. Measurement & Analytics:
- Track the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns through surveys, feedback, and analytics.
- Provide regular reports on engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or editorial roles.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and editorial management.
- Experience in handling communication platforms (intranet, emails, digital tools) is a plus.
