Purpose of Role
- Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan.
- Conduct internal audits, internal control reviews, Control Self-Assessments (CSA), Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM).

Position Demands
- Qualified CA with 35 years of internal audit experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in SAP, advanced MS Excel, and audit/data analytics tools.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Renewables, EPC industries or consulting is preferred.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Drive and support control automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including risk identification, assessment, and tracking of mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with third-party internal audit partners and business process owners for timely audit execution and delivery of high-quality reports.
- Perform data analysis using MS Excel, SAP, and audit/data analytics tools to support audit testing and generate insights.
- Track and follow up on implementation of audit action plans to ensure timely closure.
- Support investigation assignments and fact-finding reviews as required.
