Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit located in Nizamabad. The Assistant Manager will lead internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with established financial policies and internal controls. Responsibilities include conducting financial audits, evaluating accounting processes, assessing risk, and improving operational efficiency. The role also involves preparing detailed audit reports, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and identify trends
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and expertise in internal controls
  • Proficiency in accounting practices and standards
  • Experience in conducting and managing financial audits
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Additional certifications (e.g., CIA, CA, or CPA) are a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial services or credit sector is advantageous
