Role Summary:-
The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes within the insurance sector, focusing on both outbound and inbound sales strategies. The candidate will be responsible for driving end to end sales while managing a team of 80 members. The candidate should have handled multiple LOBs Strong analytical skills and advanced MIS capabilities are necessary to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in tele-calling, end-to-end sales and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Lead and manage large sales teams, guiding Team Leaders to achieve sales and productivity targets.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies for outbound and inbound channels aligned with business objectives.
3. Use advanced MIS and data analysis capabilities to generate insights, identify gaps, resolve data challenges, and improve sales outcomes.
4. Manage dialer operations and campaign configurations to ensure maximum productivity for outbound calling.
5. Oversee the full sales life cycle from lead generation to closure ensuring strong customer engagement and improved conversion ratios.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team leaders, providing necessary support and resources to improve their effectiveness in managing their teams.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with broader company operations.
8. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards and adherence to compliance and company policies.
9. Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and recommend data-driven strategies.
10. Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrate strong client management skills and manage reviews, feedback loops, and escalations effectively.
11. Experience in digital sales environments, contributing innovative solutions to enhance the sales process.
Criteria:-
1. HSC or Graduate
2. Minimum 7+ years of experience in BPO sales operations with a strong exposure in outbound and inbound sales (Life/Health/General Insurance).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
4. Good understanding of compliance, quality process, CRM tools and dialer management.
Shift: 12x7 rotational (9-hour shift)
Week Off: Sunday (6 days working)
