Why This Role Matters
You will be the first point of contact for many merchants discovering GoKwik. This role plays a critical part in converting interest into intent and intent into long-term partnerships. Every call, demo, and follow-up directly impacts revenue growth and merchant success. You will act as the voice of GoKwik to future customers, helping them understand how our products solve real business problems.
What You'll Own
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and proactive outbound calls and emails
- Understand merchant pain points and recommend relevant GoKwik solutions
- Qualify prospects and take ownership of deal progression and closures
- Independently drive closures for smaller accounts and high-intent leads
- Conduct engaging online product demos and clearly explain platform benefits
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline across CRM and outreach tools
- Research and build a high-intent prospect list across assigned regions or categories
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales outreach platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Empathetic, customer-first mindset with strong listening skills
- Confident in objection handling with disciplined follow-up habits
- Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously
