About the role

In this role, you will be responsible to manage and support the tax & regulatory function of the Company. You will ensure all the necessary compliances in the area of taxation.

What You will do

• Procedural compliance with GST laws such as filing periodical returns and preparing reconciliations.
• Timely prepare and finalize various GST returns.
• Analytical review of revenue and expenditures items from tax perspective
• Tax Advisory to the queries raised by the various company departments.
• Drafting Reply and preparing workings for the various notices, inquiries, letters issued by the GST and income tax authorities.
• Liaison with the advisors, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Proactively engaged in business transactions, tax issues, and other routine tax matters.

What you will need

• 2-4 years of experience in taxation
• Good knowledge in TDS, filing of returns, response to notices
• Well versed with indirect taxation rules and compliances
• Handled and managed tax audit, statutory audit and internal audit.
• Deep understanding of Banks/ NBFCs business drivers and P&L persona.
• Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Financial service companies.
