Key Areas and Responsibilities
Candidate should possess knowledge of prevailing IBM products in the market and should be willing to build his/her career in software license management.
As a SLR Assistant Manager, you will:
- Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution of IBM software licensing audit engagements, IASPs, IBM CVAs in addition to other software license reviews
- Good understanding of License Metrics, Full and Sub Capacity, Virtual and Physical Environment
- Analyze complex license agreements and identify contract issues
- Serve a variety of clients within multiple industries
- Draft reports for management review and document review results in work papers
Qualification
- Completed post graduate or undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
Desired Skills and Experience
- 7-10 years of advisory experience in IBM software licensing or in reviewing a company's compliance with its software agreements
- Experience with Software Asset Management systems and software licensing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in challenging surroundings
- Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Access
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution and report writing skills
