Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Invoice to Cash
Proven people management skills, understand end to end accounts receivable process, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills, Exposure to ERPS (SAP/Oracle / PeopleSoft , GetPaid, FSCM etc.) on AR module, Excellent knowledge of MS office, analytical skills (ability to convert data into information to enable decision making), Knowledge of AR Risks & Controls, Understanding of End to End O2C metrics

Responsibilities
.Appropriate Reporting to key stake holders (senior manager/reporting manager, process owner, country lead)
.Responsible for overall performance metrics - Reporting and tracking of metrics (CPI / KPI & E2E metrics)
.Review Cash Forecasting, bill generation, daily cash reconciliation review and approval
.Ensure adherence to monthly AR calendar (processing cut-offs and system roll-overs)
.Risk Assessment, Management & proactive communication (adherence to key controls, SLA related risks, SOF's) (ex. Unapplied cash and credits)
.Volume/Queue management along with level loading and work allocation
.Manage L1 escalations , liaise with onshore teams in order to resolve outstanding issues, highlighting any risks in the process
.Ensure quality adherence (bill generation, quality of queries, accuracy of cash postings, helpdesk & email management etc.)
.Strong insight on key process deliverables e.g. - review repeat offenders, late payers along with progress, movement of aged debt and complete comprehension of the process issue log
.Drive refresher sessions based on audit results, customer feedback and training needs basis PKT results
.Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/AR Escalation Matrix/Minimum query requirement as agreed with the client and periodically review the same
.Conduct periodic portfolio audits
.Maintain operating rhythm with key process owners
.Proactively Identify process pain points and improvement opportunities and collaborate with the quality team and OTC tower lead to drive change
.Drive top 10 HR practices (one on ones, EWS, etc.)
.Drive cross training ongoing basis
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.B.com/ MBA Finance preferred
.Relevant experience in OTC mandatory
