Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resources for a full-time, on-site role at our Serilingampalli location. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and supporting an inclusive work environment. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing performance reviews, coordinating training initiatives, and collaborating with management to strengthen organizational culture. The Assistant Manager will serve as a key resource for team members, ensuring compliance and promoting professional growth across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Onboarding
- Experience in implementing HR Policies and payroll management
- Familiarity with Training and Development Programs
- Proficiency in Organizational Development and cultivating Diversity & Inclusion
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
