Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, fostering employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting leadership in workforce planning.
