Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HRMS data accuracy, onboarding and offboarding formalities, and documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll inputs, attendance and leave administration, and statutory compliance tracking.
  • Prepare HR letters and correspondence, and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports on headcount and other people metrics.

Culture Building

  • Design and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Support the roll-out of recognition programmes, feedback mechanisms, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for employees, helping surface and address culture and engagement concerns early.

Organisation Building

  • Support the development of org structures, role clarity, and workforce planning as the university scales.
  • Assist in building HR systems, processes, and SOPs from the ground up, given Nayanta's growing HR function.
