Role Overview
We are looking for a People Operations leader who can own HR operations end-to-end, build scalable systems, and deliver a consistent employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes, building structure, and driving execution through automation and data.
HR Operations & Systems
- Own the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, HRMS, attendance, payroll coordination, exits, and compliance.
- Drive Zoho People workflows, automation, reporting, and process improvements.
- Design and maintain HR policies, SOPs, SLAs, and internal processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance, audit readiness, and governance.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift, and geo-tracking rules.
People & Culture Execution
- Lead and mentor HR Executives / HR Ops team.
- Own employee experience across onboarding, engagement, performance cycles, and exits.
- Partner with managers to resolve employee issues and improve retention.
- Drive engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Payroll, Data & Business Partnering
- Coordinate monthly payroll with zero errors and timely closure.
- Maintain accurate HR data, MIS, dashboards, and analytics.
- Work closely with founders and leaders to align HR execution with business goals.
- Support OKR-driven performance and people practices.
Requirements
- 59 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
- Proven ownership of HR Ops and small HR teams
- Hands-on expertise in HRMS automation and reporting
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-first SaaS environment
