Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in HR
transformation to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives while driving HR process
enhancements and transformational projects.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Manage end to end recruitment process for multiple roles across various
levels
Develop talent sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
Develop innovative talent sourcing strategies including digital recruiting,
employer branding and candidate engagement. (Strong focus on employer
branding and initiatives)
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and
timelines
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, negotiate offers and facilitate
onboarding
Build TA dashboards and monitor the progress and work closely with HR
business partners
2. HR transformation
Drive HR transformation projects within MT India
Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement HR technology and
tools across units
Lead change management efforts to embed new ways of working
3. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
Build strong partnerships with HRBP's, HR operations and external vendors
to support talent acquisition and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate and educate Hiring Managers on recruitment process and tools
4. Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain and report recruitment KPI's
Review and publish dashboard
Use data driven insights to recommend and implement improvements in
recruitment strategies
What You Need to Succeed
* MBA HR with 6-8 years of experience
* Experience of hiring tech roles and GCC experience is preferred
* Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working on HR transformation projects
* Experience in tools like SAP, Workday, Oracle, Darwinbox etc
