KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction sessions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases for various departments and centers.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance through HRMS (KEKA/PeopleStrong or similar).
- Track leave applications, late coming, and outdoor duty records.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR databases.
- Manage preparation and issuance of letters offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, and experience letters.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in record-keeping and data management.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
- Support the HR Head in implementing policies and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
Performance & Compliance Support
- Assist in the implementation of appraisal processes and maintaining KRA/KPI documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, POSH awareness programs, and HR workshops.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for HR data and process alignment.
- Support senior management in HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 812 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in education, healthcare, or service sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (KEKA, PeopleStrong, or similar).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
