Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction sessions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases for various departments and centers.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor daily attendance through HRMS (KEKA/PeopleStrong or similar).
  • Track leave applications, late coming, and outdoor duty records.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR databases.
  • Manage preparation and issuance of letters offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, and experience letters.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in record-keeping and data management.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee support.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
  • Support the HR Head in implementing policies and ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

Performance & Compliance Support

  • Assist in the implementation of appraisal processes and maintaining KRA/KPI documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, POSH awareness programs, and HR workshops.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for HR data and process alignment.
  • Support senior management in HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 812 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in education, healthcare, or service sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (KEKA, PeopleStrong, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
