You'll drive our PMS and Rewards & Recognition programs, lead talent acquisition across Retail, Factory, and Head Office, and act as an HR partner to business teams, shaping a culture of accountability, transparency, and growth.
The Responsibilities:
Performance Management
- Lead the end-to-end PMS cycle across departments from goal setting to final evaluation.
- Partner with HODs and teams to define clear, measurable, and aligned goals.
- Track progress and ensure timely check-ins, reviews, and calibrations.
- Generate insights from PMS data to guide training, development, and retention plans.
- Own and manage the Rewards & Recognition program design themes, track nominations, and ensure impactful communication of achievements.
- Conduct PMS and RNR awareness sessions to keep employees engaged and aligned.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Retail, Factory, and Head Office roles.
- Work closely with Retail Leadership and business stakeholders to understand manpower needs and plan hiring effectively.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and drive internal referrals.
- Deliver a smooth candidate experience and ensure seamless onboarding.
HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with business leaders to support team development, morale, and performance.
- Serve as the HR point of contact across various business verticals.
- Address grievances and employee concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
- Support attrition tracking and partner with business units on retention plans.
HR Communication & Culture
- Lead HR communications
- Work with teams to create HR campaigns that strengthen connection and culture.
