Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and people‑focused Assistant Manager – HR to oversee HR operations for our Jaipur unit. The ideal candidate should be from the local Jaipur area and have prior experience in hotels, banquets, or hospitality. The role involves handling end‑to‑end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and coordination with unit leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for the Jaipur location
• Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing & onboarding
• Lead joining formalities, documentation, induction & employee file management
• Oversee attendance, leave management & payroll inputs
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, Shops & Establishment)
• Support employee relations, grievance handling & counselling
• Plan engagement activities, R&R, training coordination
• Coordinate with central HR for audits, MIS reports & policy rollouts
• Support manpower planning for restaurant/banquet operations
• Liaise with HODs and Operations teams for smooth HR functioning
• Ensure discipline, policy adherence & company culture at the unit
Skills & Requirements
• Prior experience in hospitality (hotels/banquets)
• Strong knowledge of HR operations & local compliance
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment
• Good problem‑solving & employee-handling capabilities
• Experience with HRMS & attendance systems
• Must be a Jaipur resident or from the local vicinity
Preferred Profile
• Graduate or Post‑Graduate in HR / Hospitality
• Strong local network in Jaipur's hospitality ecosystem
• Experience managing HR for hospitality units, banquets, or catering operations
• Flexibility with work timings as per operations
