Job Description: Assistant Manager HR (2 Openings)
Locations: Bangalore (1) & Jaipur (1) Local base, no travel.
Role Overview
Support site-specific HR for Foodlink F&B outlets in Bangalore or Jaipur, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, relations, and compliance in fast-paced hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers for F&B/ops roles (kitchens, banquets, front-of-house).
- Oversee onboarding, inductions, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
- Drive employee engagement, resolve grievances, manage exits, and reduce attrition via empathy initiatives.
- Maintain compliance (PF/ESIC, labor laws) and HR systems/records (e.g., Ongrid trackers).
- Coordinate local training/events and report KPIs to central HR.
Requirements
- MBA HR/BBM; 3-5 years F&B/hospitality HR (recruitment/onboarding).
- Local to Bangalore or Jaipur; excellent communication, Excel/HRIS skills.
