Job Description

  • Work with Business Unit Head and understand the key priorities of the business and implement solutions to address the issue
  • Understand and work on the Resource or Position Management and help business to hire right fitment
  • Knowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR related Business Decisions
  • Work with business to facilitate Goal setting process and ensure that are aligned with organizational goals and drive Performance Management System (PMS) within the agreed timeline
  • Frame a strategy to identify the HiPo s and retain the top talent
  • Guide or educate the respective stake holders about Corporate Communication Design and Dissemination, provide inputs on the desired communication message
  • Knowledge about the state laws, rules and regulations and sure that all policies and process are compliant
  • Support Business for its Organizational Development to increase the effectiveness through planned change in process and systems
  • Collaborate with business and suggest plans to drive Employee Engagement and Welfare Initiatives and implement the best practices
  • Strong knowledge on FAI Policies and Processes. Able to review policy exception case and manage for closure
  • Able to handle employee queries with respect to policies and process as appropriate with quick turnaround time
  • Conduct HR process audit to identify gap analysis and process improvement measures
  • Ensure that HR solutions are aligned with business strategy
  • Knowledge about the statistical tool and analytical skill; able to provide relevant metrics and dashboards to the business to make HR related Business Decisions
  • Facilitate the training requirement and evaluate the post training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to plan and drive CSR initiatives

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • MBA specialized in HR would be preferable
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the similar role
  • Hands on experience in HRMS tools preferably workday tool
