Maintain and administer the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, timely updates, and effective utilization to support HR operations and reporting.
Administer and coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory submissions, and employee benefits administration.
Manage and oversee end-to-end HR Operations, ensuring the effective execution of the complete employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire) process, including onboarding, employee records management, HRIS administration, employee movements, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and internal HR procedures. Maintain and regularly update HR policies, employee handbooks, and governance documentation.
Prepare, consolidate, and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights that support leadership decision-making, business reviews, and continuous process improvement.
Support talent acquisition activities by coordinating recruitment processes, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
Coordinate and administer learning and development initiatives, including training needs analysis, program scheduling, training records management, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
Continuously review and enhance HR operational processes to improve efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
6 years of progressive experience in HR Operations
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle, employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee records, and HR compliance
Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR best practices, policies, and statutory compliance requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data, identify trends, generate meaningful insights, and provide data-driven recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional-level proficiency in English
