Assistant Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to joining)
• Self-source via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, etc.
• Conduct screening & coordinate interviews
• Drive walk-ins and bulk hiring campaigns
• Manage stakeholders & ensure timely closures
• Follow up on offers and improve joining ratio

Requirements:

• 4-7 years TA experience (Sales hiring preferred)
• Strong in self-sourcing & bulk hiring
• Good communication & stakeholder management

KPIs:

• Closures, TAT, joining ratio, pipeline strength
