Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Drive end-to-end HRBP activities including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Partner with leadership to support organizational effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance redressal with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive regular employee connect initiatives through structured interactions, skip-level meetings, and open forums to enhance trust, transparency, and engagement.
  • Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs aligned with business objectives to reinforce a culture of performance and appreciation.
  • Plan and execute employee surveys (engagement, pulse, satisfaction), analyze feedback, and partner with leaders to create and track actionable improvement plans.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including cultural programs, wellness activities, and engagement campaigns to improve morale and retention.
  • Act as a key advisor to leadership on engagement trends, employee sentiment, and people-related risks, providing data-backed recommendations.

Please note that this is a 5-day work-from-office role in Chennai.

Work Timing - 12 pm to 9 pm

What You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting large or multi-location employee populations.
  • Exposure to change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in matrixed or complex business environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leadership and employee forums.
