Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations at the Ludhiana ICD site, ensuring smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and efficient workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site roles (operations, technical & support staff)
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and references
- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Maintain HRMS, attendance, and leave records
- Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee queries
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, etc.
- Manage contractor workforce and compliance documentation
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Conduct exit formalities and Full & Final settlements
- Prepare HR MIS reports (attrition, headcount, recruitment status)
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2–6 years of HR experience (recruitment + operations)
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Experience in handling contract labour / blue-collar workforce
- Prior experience in logistics, ICD, manufacturing, or plant HR preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
