We're looking for an HR leader to handle employee relations, drive talent development, and shape our workplace culture. You'll lead a team, partner with business stakeholders, and ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead employee grievance resolution & relations

✅ Drive employee engagement, well-being, and experience

✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and audits

✅ Develop & implement talent development programs

✅ Lead a team of HR professionals

✅ Partner with business leaders on HR strategies

✅ Manage HR metrics, reporting, and analytics

What We're Looking For:

✔ 10+ years in HR, with experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and team management

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

✔ Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices

✔ Experience in HR business partnering (HRBP)

✔ Leadership skills to drive HR initiatives and team growth
