Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end payroll operations while partnering with business leaders to support HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong payrollexpertise with strategic HR capabilities to drive efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Own the complete payroll lifecycle, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
- Analyze HR metrics and payroll data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and culture-building activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in HR with strong payroll expertise.
- Experience managing full-cycle payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
