Responsibilities

Strong Understanding of HR practices of the Business unit - HR general functions, Talent Engagement, Retention, Culture Management

Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance and support.

Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Provide HR policy guidance

Succession planning.

Identify training needs for teams and individuals.

Suggest new HR strategies for process improvements .

Drive Organizational development & employee engagement

Skills and Qualifications

3-6 yrs of experience as an HR Business Partner

Excellent people management skills

Analytical and goal-oriented

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

Identify training needs and create or procure a professional development curriculum

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
