Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager HR to support the Human Resources function and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, managing employee relations, and supporting various HR programs. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of HR policies and a proactive approach to ensure all HR operations are compliant and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and issues, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and assist with payroll processing. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate and support training programs and workshops for employees.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
