We are looking for someone with 5 to 7 Years of experience in HR Operations.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the complete Pre-onboarding, Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle (ELC), and Offboarding processes.
- Manage joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
- Coordinate internal communications for new joiner announcements.
- HR point of contact for general queries and provide regular HR reports and dashboards.
HRIS & Leave Management
- Administer leave management via the HRIS platform, including report generation and query resolution.
- Handle all HRIS activities related to the hire-to-retire cycle, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across HR Saarthi and HR4U tools.
- Ensure process adherence and correct implementation across HR operations.
Project Support & Compliance
- Assist the HR team in executing HR initiatives and projects.
- Manage the employee separation process, maintaining exit data for analysis and action planning.
- Contribute to the employee experience agenda and provide market insights.
- Execute additional HR operations tasks as assigned from time to time.
Reporting & Audits
- Share monthly reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead quarterly headcount reporting and respond to data requests from the central team.
- Drive global campaigns related to headcount and HR policies.
Support HR audits, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements.
