You'll be solving for one of these problem statements:

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors deployments, from stakeholder requirements to global go-live
• Workflow Optimization: Convert complex HR processes into streamlined functional configurations to maximize system efficiency
• Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous functional testing and defect resolution to ensure peak system performance
• Technical Integration: Architect seamless data flows between SuccessFactors and external Payroll, Finance, and ERP systems
• Advanced Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards that transform HR data into actionable business intelligence
• Security & Compliance: Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and data privacy standards to ensure global regulatory compliance
• Operational Support: Drive post-production stability, managing semi-annual feature releases and complex troubleshooting

Here's what we are looking for:

• Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors, specifically in employee central module.
• Strong understanding of HR processes
• Experience with integrations
• Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
