Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute HR operations including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Compile and maintain HRMS reports related to payroll, bonus payouts, and attendance
  • Prepare and compile monthly attendance reports for payroll processing
  • Monitor and manage internal HR systems and databases such as PeopleWorks and Oracle
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain personal dossier files and employee records
  • Generate data-driven reports and metrics for leadership and HR stakeholders
  • Review and update employment contracts and agreements
  • Support ad-hoc tasks related to attendance and HR documentation
