Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Operations (Analytics)

Location: Pune (WFH Remote)

About the Role: We are looking for an HR Analytics to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation, and employment trends. HR Analytics responsibilities include measuring retention and turnover rates, helping create hiring plans and compensation and benefits packages. If you have a knack for identifying trends, drawing is useful. conclusions, and recommending solutions, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help ensure maximum efficiency for our HR functions, from hiring and payroll to employee training and development.

Key responsibilities:

• Compile HR data and metrics to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
• Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
• Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
• Manage smooth payroll operations without errors.
• Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll is audit ready.
• Handling Appraisal process end-to-end at an Org level.
• Automating the Appraisal process to the maximum extent possible.
• Handling end-to-end HRMS tool as an admin.
• Auditing the workflows on HRMS from time to time.
• Create detailed dashboards.
• Work on the leave management system.
• Maintaining accurate employee data for records.
• Assist in various HR projects and automations.
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• 10 to 12 years of experience working in the HR Operations.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources analytics.
• MS Excel Wizard and ability to work with advanced formulas and functions.
• Ability to work with multiple sources of data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to succeed in an environment with conflicting priorities.
