We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Handel Employee Grievance.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee welfare scheme.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Help in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Address employee queries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
