We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Handel Employee Grievance.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee welfare scheme.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Help in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Address employee queries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
