Education: MBA / MSW / MA in HR (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution

Drive employee engagement, retention, and attrition management

Manage performance management (goal setting, appraisals, feedback)

Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements

Support workforce planning and succession planning

Desired Candidate Profile:

6+ years of strong HRBP experience (ITES / Healthcare / BPO preferred)

Hands-on expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, retention, and performance management

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

RCM Trainer

Location: Chennai Shift: Night Shift Experience: Minimum 4+ years in End-to-End RCM Company: Prochant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Process Coach or RCM Trainer to join our dynamic team at Prochant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a passion for coaching, training, and developing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and update training materials, process documents, and assessments.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing floor support for process clarifications and performance enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate training and coaching records and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
  • Strong knowledge in billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver impactful coaching/training sessions.
  • Prior experience as a Process Coach or RCM Trainer is highly preferred.
