Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing Special Projects(Eg-I&D, Employee Engagement, Organization effectiveness), tracking project objectives, timelines, and communication plans by prioritizing responsibilities, and tracking and measuring to successful completion
  • Liaison with HRBP to support Business, Strategy and operational elements of running the business
  • Provide enablement and delivery support for high impact initiatives; examples includes talent assessment; high-potential and manager development; organizational design and compensation planning, employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide operational and analytical support to the leaders with quantitative data in supporting tactical and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Employee connects with the field to get a pulse and empowered to operate independently & be responsible for employee satisfaction & development of the team
  • Work directly with managers and employees to resolve medium to complex issues. Give guidance, coaching, and support to resolve ambiguous situations and issues.



Essential For The Role

  • Post Graduate Human Resources with a work experience of 3-5 years in Human Resources
  • Project and Program management experience and ability to self-manage with minimal direction.
  • Good executive presence with ability to manage change within a global organization.
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility to operate in a dynamic HR organization
  • Expertise in Workday and software including Microsoft products viz., Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High degree of customer centricity and situational fluency
  • Demonstrate AZ Values Consistently
  • Excellent Communication Skills
