Role: Assistant Manager - Hotel Sourcing
Location: Bengaluru / Pan India travel as required

Role Overview
· Source, negotiate, onboard and manage hotel partners across airline stations and key business cities.
· Support crew layover, IROPS, passenger disruption and corporate accommodation requirements.
· Build strong hotel relationships and ensure competitive rates, service quality and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and source 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels near airports and key city locations.
· Negotiate rates, meal plans, airport transfers, laundry, early check-in, late check-out and credit terms.
· Maintain updated hotel database with rates, inclusions, inventory, contacts and escalation details.
· Onboard hotels as per Rezolv checklist, SOPs, portal requirements and airline service expectations.
· Conduct city-wise market mapping, benchmarking, backup inventory planning and sold-out date tracking.
· Coordinate with operations team for urgent room confirmations, escalations and disruption support.
· Manage hotel partner relationships with sales, reservations, front office, revenue teams and GMs.
· Prepare weekly sourcing updates, rate comparison sheets, hotel coverage reports and pending closure trackers.
Required Experience & Skills
· 4-6 years of experience in hotel sourcing, contracting, hotel sales, TMC, OTA, DMC or airline accommodation.
· Strong negotiation, vendor management and relationship-building skills.
· Good understanding of room rates, meal plans, airport transfers, laundry, credit periods and commission terms.
· Working knowledge of major Indian hotel markets and airport locations.
· Ability to work under pressure during urgent airline disruption or bulk accommodation requirements.
· Good communication skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.
· Willingness to travel for hotel meetings, site inspections and contracting discussions.
Preferred Background
· Experience in airline crew accommodation, passenger disruption, IROPS or corporate travel sourcing.
· Hospitality sales background with experience in hotel sales, corporate sales or travel trade sales.
· Existing relationships with hotel chains and independent hotels across key cities.
· Knowledge of CP, MAP, AP, 24-hour check-in/check-out, blackout dates, retention and cancellation terms.
