Technical Support to Site Manufacturing Activity Ensure effective support to QMS, EHS, OHSAS and integrated management system Mapping of new molecules in existing set up or in new plant Trouble shooting for any new upgradation in existing set up or in new plant
Participate in inter departments meetings & co-ordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Planning, implementation, scale up of new molecules and developing technology transfer documents based on R&T and pilot study
Making proposal for capacity enhancement and De-bottlenecking in existing set up
Preparing Basic engineering packages for new capex projects
Prepare, involve, and support in detailed engineering for new capex projects
Participate in HAZOP and all other kind of safety studies for betterment of existing or new facility development
