Job Description

Purpose Of The Role

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our fast-paced growth and revenue team. The ideal

candidate should possess a strong problem-solving mindset, take ownership with a figure it out approach.

This role requires a strong understanding of ecommerce, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue

optimization, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and execute data-driven growth strategies at

scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce D2C Specialist to drive growth and operational

excellence for our D2C business. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset,

expertise in ecommerce operations, and experience in performance marketing.

  • Manage and optimize the brand's ecommerce store, ensuring a seamless user experience and

conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Oversee product listings, merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive

sales.

  • Identify opportunities for pricing optimization, bundling, and upselling to maximize average

order value (AOV).

  • Monitor and optimize contribution margins (CM2, CM3) by managing costs related to marketing,

logistics, and operations.

  • Leverage email marketing, and retention strategies to enhance organic traffic and

customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Monitor and optimize contribution margins (CM2, CM3) by managing costs related to marketing,

logistics, and operations.

  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize paid campaigns across Google,

Meta, and other digital platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key ecommerce KPIs, including revenue, traffic, conversion rate,

CAC, ROAS, AOV, and retention metrics.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement

corrective actions.

  • Present performance updates and growth plans to leadership teams.

Qualification & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth & Strategy.
  • Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation specializing in areas of marketing preferably from

premier institutes

Skill Sets Required

  • Excellent communication skills, data driven decision making, comfortable creating reports and

presenting insights to multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores end-to-end, understanding of managing

collections, merchandising, inventory visibility, user journey, checkout optimizations, app

integrations.

  • Must have Knowledge of Retention marketing / CRM marketing, should understand repeat rates,

customer LTV, reactivation.

  • Experience in cross sell, upsell, pricing strategy, promotional planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of ecommerce business metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV,

LTV, CM2/CM3)

  • Experience in B2C ecommerce and/or handling performance marketing agencies will be a plus
