Job Description

Assistant Manager, Group Hospitality | Healthcare

Central
5-Day Work Week

Great opportunity for candidates with experience in contract management, vendor management, facilities, hospitality or healthcare support services.

Key Responsibilities
. Manage assigned hospitality/service portfolios covering areas such as Housekeeping, Waste Management, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry and Portering Services
. Manage service providers and ensure contractual KPIs and service standards are achieved
. Monitor vendor performance and address service gaps or operational issues
. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards and workplace safety requirements
. Monitor service quality and implement process/service improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support operational requirements
. Oversee contract governance, performance reports and documentation to maintain audit readiness
. Support budgeting, procurement and financial management activities
. Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience
. Support team development through coaching, engagement and knowledge sharing
