JOB DESCRIPTION FOR STORE MANAGER: -
- Responsible for material control in and out of main materials storage facility.
- Prepare Daily shortage Report and checking physical stock as per records.
- Issue of material against Material requests raised by Ddepartments & Maintain records
Of all issued materials.
- Co-ordinate between production and purchasing on all inventories movement.
- Arrange & store the material properly and maintain FIFO in the flow of material.
- Responsible for receiving materials, inventory control & consumable, WIP & Machine part store's items.
- Preparing the monthly list of fast moving / slow moving items and not usable materials.
- To Maintain Minimum & Maximum, Rol, Moq & Safety Inventory Level.
- Perpetual inventory planning on daily basis based on A,B & C class material.
- Prepare daily and weekly shortage report for in-house parts.
- DAILY/Weekly / Monthly MIS through system for shortages & excesses of stock.
- Controlling & Monitoring logistics process & Targeted inventory levels.
- Controlling & Monitoring manpower utilization. Reduce NVAA activity at assly. side.
- improvement Milk run project of BOP parts and reduce transportation cost.
- Keeping the materials in good condition free from waste, damage, and contamination.
- Monthly stock verification & reconciliation Physical & System.
- Responsible for Hazardous Waste management & IATF & OHSAS.
- Responsible for physical inventory taking by every month internally and by quarterly with external auditor
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Prepare, control, and manage the store's budget, tracking expenditures and initiating corrective actions for variances.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and labor efficiency while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Have a Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve targets.
Education: - Any Graduate. PG Diploma in Material Management.
Having 5-6 Years Experience in Automobile, Textile & other MNC companies.
Should have excellent Communication skill, Leadership, Negotiation skill.
