Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of government and PSU programs including MoUs, contracts, milestone tracking, compliance, reporting, and revenue realization.
- Act as the primary SPOC for Central and State Government departments, PSUs, and government-appointed agencies, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
- Drive program delivery and milestone-based invoicing while ensuring strict compliance with government norms and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Programs, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Leadership) for seamless rollout and execution of initiatives.
- Represent the organization in Delhi-based ministry meetings, reviews, and stakeholder interactions through frequent on-ground presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Background:
- MBA / Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience engaging with ministries such as MeitY, DPIIT, DST, MSME, AI Mission, Startup India, or similar bodies.
- Exposure to innovation, startups, skilling, incubation, digital transformation, or economic development programs.
Certifications / Tools Knowledge (Preferred)
- Government procurement systems (GeM, CPPP).
- Program management tools (Zoho, MS Project, Excel, CRM).
- Proposal writing, tendering, or RFP management tools.
