Inviting the applications for the role of CNI SME- Business Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager
In this role as a Subject matter expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of Complex Non-Individual KYC processes by leading knowledge transfer & knowledge management for the assigned set of moderators/training batch, by first & foremost being an in-house specialist of the process & policies, provide coaching & feedback to new hires/bottom performers, engaging in Calibrations & contribute their assigned part on account level action plans. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with Australian regulations and enhancing the efficiency of our KYC operations.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated deep expertise in KYC and AML, with strong understanding of regulatory requirements, customer due diligence, and risk assessment frameworks.
Provide subjectmatter consultation and advisory support to delivery teams and business stakeholders, enabling informed decisionmaking on KYC, escalations, and regulatory compliance
Conduct SME sessions, huddles to enhance the skills and understanding of team members
Deep regulatory knowledge with hands-on expertise in KYC systems and workflow tools
Implement best practices to streamline KYC operations while maintaining compliance with Australian standards.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to KYC policies and procedures. Provide feedback and corrective actions to improve overall performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for analysts queries related to KYC processes.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of process changes and audit results. Prepare detailed reports for management review and client presentations.
Adheres to organisational values and governance standards by working collaboratively, exercising sound judgement, and consistently doing what is right, ensuring behaviours, decisions, and outcomes align with regulatory, risk, and operational expectations.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Relevant years of experience as a QC/SME with an overall relevant years of experience in KYC domain
Exposure to end-to-end KYC processes, with a sound understanding of entity structures and the ability to interpret KYC documents.
Preferred qualifications
In-depth understanding of Australian KYC regulations and compliance requirements for complex non-individuals.
Strong analytical abilities to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions efficiently
